Mode of delivery : Normal postage with proper packaging. *Customer need not pay for the postage. For delivery to door-step, a fee of $7.00 is payable.

1. Please order by emailing to jwet1@msn.com , make sure you indicate the Model name and the quantity you required.

2. Please do take note that we can customize the handmade jewelleries you've seen here but at a fee of $3 is payable. If the length stated does not fit you, we can custom make one just for you. You just have to send an email based on the above-mentioned, and do indicate your length required and do indicate Preorder as the heading of the email.

3. Accept fund transfer using POSB Bank or DBS Bank. For those who do not have bank account at this stated banks, you will have to pay through Paypal through another confirmation email sent by me. *Note: Cash on delivery also accepted here but only for delivery to door-step only.

4. Only paid orders will be processed.

5. Please take note all products are purely handmade and used the best quality materials such as Swarovski Crystals. Thus, materials and labour fees included in all the pricing.

6. Please take note, for keeping existing customers, all normal postages will be absorbed. For customers who choose to use registered postage, a fee of $2.24 is payable.

7. No minimum purchase required less delivery to door-step which require at least 2 items.

8. We do not mind meeting up at Jurong Point to deliver the items for you at no extra charges. *For this service, do email me at jwet1@msn.com.

Terms and Conditions (其他注意事項)

1. It would be your responsibility to ensure the Internet Banking Transaction is successful.

2. If the quantity of stock cannot meet customers' orders. Customers could choose
(i) choose the other items;
(ii) to refund (via ATM Transfer/Internet Banking); or
(iii) by using the remaining balance for next order.

3. Prices are subjected to changes.(Please keep a lookout on the current promotion).

4. Actual product/colour may differs from from what you see online.Items sold are not refundable.

5. The Unit Price included materials and labour fee only. The Non-Standard Postage Fee are excluded.

Addition Birthday/Gift Wrapper and Birthday/Gift Card is charge at S$7.00.

You may email me the notes that you want to indicate in the Gift Card and we will do the wrapping before we mail it to your friends/loves one.

If you would like to deliver to other country, please provide me with the delivery address before I can advise you the additional charges for the Standard Mail/ Airmail postage fee (based on rates from Singapore Post) and the Est. delivery duration from Singapore to your destinated country.
